The next meeting of Lee Manor Society will be on Wednesday 21 April starting 7:30pm at 105 Burnt Ash Road, SE12
Agenda includes:
• Leegate. The Lee Green Lives group has been established to inject life into Leegate. A report back on the first meeting. Also, a discussion of our letter to interested parties detailing our long-term thoughts on how the shopping centre should be redeveloped.
• Northbrook School. Local groups met the Headteacher and representatives of the contractor to discuss progress. A major topic was local community use of the school and the likely cost of this use. A report back on the meeting.
Update on AGM (Wednesday 12 May and PlantMart (Saturday 29 May)
• A new housing management group has taken over Leybridge estate from the council. We have been offered a meeting to hear their plans.
• Controlled parking zone. The council has responded to our letter calling for greater flexibility if a zone is to be introduced. We will discuss the details of the letter.
• Lewisham's core development strategy. Our response.
• Any other business including the listing of the Tigers House pubs and the Ice House rota.
