Reporting environmental issues with Love Lewisham

Love Lewisham is a quick and easy way to report environmental issues such as graffiti and fly-tipping. You can use the webpage, email, text, MMS, RSS reader or the free iPhone and Windows Phone Love Clean Streets apps.

How does this work?
The site allows you to review and submit environmental issues and have your local authority deal with it, and then let you know how they got on.

How do I sign up?
We don't make you create a new username and password to use this site. Instead you can use any of the following popular systems to sign in with your existing account: Twitter, Facebook, Google, OpenID, WordPress, Windows Live ID, Yahoo, Blogger, MyOpenID, AOL, Verisign or flickr. If you don't have any account with one of these already then you can get one for free by visiting any of those sites.

How do I submit a report?
You can submit a report in the following ways:
Use this web site. Simple go to this page sign in and add the details. You simple select a location on a map (or type it in), add a picture (if you have one), give us a few details (such as a description) and upload.

Using your iPhone. You can download our free IPhone application from the App Store - just search for Love Clean Streets

Using your Windows Phone. You can download our free Windows Phone from the Marketplace on your phone - just search for Love Clean streets

By Email. Simply send an email to [Email_Address_TBC] with the details of the report (and an attached photo if you like). Put the address for the report in the subject line

By TEXT. Just send a text to [Number_TBC] with a description of the report. Use this format: '[CODE_TBC].[Address].[Description]

By MMS. If you want to send an image from a phone and you don't have an IPhone or Windows Phone then you can send us a MultiMedia message from any camera phone. Just send it to [Number_TBC] and put [CODE_TBC] in the subject, attach an image and send it

How do I review the progress of reports?
You can use this site at any time to search for and find reports and see their current status (including reports you have submitted that have not yet been approved).

In addition you can subscribe to reports using any RSS Reader (such as reader.google.com or Microsoft Outlook) and be notified when new reports are posted or changed
