Animal Rescue Jumble Sale

Our local Animal Rescue Team are having a Jumble Sale on Saturday November the 8th at 11am at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Handen Road. Their flyer promises bargains galore and delicious refreshments - yum!

If you have any jumble bring on the day or ring 020 8852 5936 for collection, or deliver to 94 Manor Lane.

Burnt Ash Hill Closure

Traffic update from Lewisham:

Owing to a burst water main at the southern end of Burnt Ash Hill, it will be closed to southbound traffic between Woodyates Road and the South Circular starting at about 10:00 tomorrow, Friday 10th October. Repairs are planned to be carried out by the end of Sunday afternoon.

Southbound traffic, including bus services, are to be diverted from Lee Green via Eltham Road, Sidcup Road and Westhorne Avenue.

Local traffic will use either Upwood Road / Hornpark Lane or Woodyates Road to exit the area.

Manor House Gardens User Group Meeting

There will be a meeting of the Manor House Gardens User Group at 7:30pm on Wednesday 15th October at Lochaber Hall in Manor Lane Terrace. On the evening's agenda are; activities in the park, Manor House Library update, progress on the picnic bench, and Northbrook's use of the park update.
