The latest update we have on the Northbrook rebuild is that it is now estimated the new school will be ready for occupation in January 2010. Construction (excluding demolition) is estimated to take between 15 and 16 months, so demolition is going to take place sometime between now and July although we have no firm dates at all on when this will begin.
